The Pudding Challenge
To spice up Christmas, we’re urging all UKFBA food bloggers to use ‘The Pudding’ and create some cracking alternative Christmas fare to get ours, and your readers’, taste buds tingling! The blogger who conjures up the most creative cuisine will win a top of the range camera along with a one-to-one session with a respected home economist, to help make those foodie photos really stand out.

How To Get Involved

Requested my pudding, but feel I'm a little late to the party on this one. I hope to still receive one as I've been giving it a lot of thought and may just have come up with a pretty good recipe! (hopefully not a recipe for disaster)

It seems bread based christmas pudding recipes are popular, here's mine - http://vegboxboy.blogspot.com/2009/11/post-129-christmas-pudding-pa...

I'm not sure it's the prettiest, but tastes nice anyway.

I might have another go this weekend as I've still got the big pudding left.
