UK Food Bloggers Association

Hello

Is anyone going to the real food festival (http://www.realfoodfestival.co.uk/) at Earl's Court this weekend? I've not been before but have tickets for today and am abuot to head up there shortly...

I just wondered if anyone was involved or knew any of the producers who I should keep an eye out for whilst I'm there?

I'll be sure to report back...!

Hope you enjoyed it Kavita! We liked some parts more than others - it'll be interesting to compare blog posts... I've not got time to blog today as we're off to Wembley but I'll try to get my blog post written in the next couple of days. I look forward to reading your blog!

Did you have a good time, TGG? I went on Saturday - I was a bit disappointed but I still ate and bought loads!

Can't wait to read your post - Kavey's one was wicked :)

Hi,

I missed it again this year ... But from what some friends told me, that it wasn't as good as other years ? They still ate a tonne of food though .... Hahahahaha .....

I'd not been before, so I couldn't compare it.
Certainly I could totally understand why people said it was soulless (you can't disguise a concrete floor in a space like Earl's Court with a bit of hay strewn around). There was also a lot of repetitiveness in terms of categories so that some were perhaps over represented and others under.
And I can't believe they wanted £5 for a map of where to find the various stalls!!!
But for me, in amongst the stalls that didn't impress, there were many that did, so I enjoyed it!

I've finally managed to find time to finish my blog post on this....

And I've just read Kavita's to compare and I don't think we cross over on one single thing!!! That's what these things are all about I guess - it would be odd if we all liked the same things.
