Smoked Ribs & Eisbein

Does anyone know where I can buy raw smoked ribs? My butcher couldn't get hold of Eisbein either...

I just find the taste of plain ribs too.... porky. Smoked is so much better, with a proper basting the best!

Maybe you could make a smoker?

I've just googled Eisbein... a traditional butcher should be able to get you a pork hock or shank, though I admit supermarlkets are unlikel to have them.; ▶ Reply to This
