I use PicMarkr which is free and easy to use. I can watermark 5 photos in one go which is usually the number of photos, or less, that I use on my blog post. I hope to find a better one though.
Can your friend view the photos on her computer? If she can, then she can save them and upload them on her blog. I did that before and there was no problem. When another blogger sent to me, I did not have any problem either.

Donna Hay has a terrific book called Modern Classics Book 1. She's given a modern twist to some of our old favourites. I could try to follow in her footsteps and do something similar. I'll think about it and get back to you. :-)
