I Joined The Cooking School at Dean CloughHalifax as Principle Tutor from Bradford College, where I was Chef Trainer responsible for all students studying NVQs Level 1/2/3, running an open restaurant, menu development and recipe development.

• Development chef at The recipe dish company, northern foods, dedicated to Marks and Spencers
• Head chef at the acclaimed Rudding Park Hotel, Harrogate.
• Head chef at the award-winning Hazelwood Castle, York.
• Head Chef at the 3AA Rosette, Hole in the Wall Restaurant, Bath.
• Sous Chef at the 2AA Rosette Victoria & Albert Hotel, Manchester.
• Sous Chef at the 4 red star Browns’ Hotel, Mayfair, London.
• Chef at Chequers, the Prime Minister’s country residence
