- About me
- I trained as at chef at 18 but after a couple of years decided not to go into the profession. I then went off and did other things studied psychology at University and spent the last 15 years in academia. This year I decided to have a break from it all, do some freelance writing and research and set up my own underground restaurant, somthing i'd wanted to do since the beginning of this year (but didn't know how to get going with it). I write a blog about food, the supper club, sustainable living in Wales, local sourcing, reducing food miles and sacking the supermarket. Also in there is the odd reference to family life, the universe and everything. I'm also a cancan dancer in my spare time.
