I'm the founder of Food Safari. We organise 'Field to Fork' Days taking people behind the scenes of some of Suffolk's best food and drink producers. You might visit a free range pig farm, watch a pork butchery demo and then learn to make sausages. I'm also managing the programme of fringe events for the 2009 Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival.

I blog about my visits to Suffokl farms and food producers like Blythburgh Pork, Pinney's of Orford and Hill Farm Oil.
