I'm a freelance journalist who specialises in food and restaurant writing to sate my appetite for all things foodie. Since taking the recession by the horns and going freelance I've explored French markets the size of Monaco at 2am, eaten 15 desserts at Valrhona's chocolate school and snuffled out truffles in Provence.
