I don't think I've replied to you yet for which many apologies. Time whizzes by these days and I lose track. Thanks so much for your warm welcome. As you may have noticed, I haven't blogged for ages and must get back to it. I love your blog. We both have the same idea about comfort food - not British stodge but Asian/Persion spice - so I think I will have a very happy time in my kitchen, cooking your recipes. Thanks again. Hope I'll get back to blogging soon. Jo

Well hello Sabrina
Thank you for your friend request. I am new to blogging so it is great that such a pro has contacted me! I am going to start on mine after the hells of Xmas have subsided. I am working on a really cool project too that may be of interest to you, so I shall keep you posted.
Have a super festive period.
Meg
Well done you - it looks great. Your going to have to give up on the idea that you are c.... at baking! By coincidence, I made Chollah on Thursday - part of the course I was on. I gave it away as a thank you to friends for looking after CT while I was away so didn't get to try it, but they seemed impressed! Made ours with wholemeal flour and I put a few chopped dates in mine too, so it looked rather dark.
Hey there Sabrina, thank you for you lovely comments and for following me! I knew I recognised you from somewhere- I saw you on Come Dine With Me! You were fabulous and I love your blog. It's always really interesting to learn about new cuisines- theres so much I don't know! I have lots of tips for parathas... I eat them WAY too much! The secret is to use plenty of ghee and make the filling a little more spicy than you like because the pastry balances everything out :) Oh and always use hot water from the kettle to bind the dough! :D So nice to hear from you!
Thanks Sabrina. Have had a quick persual of your blog, looks great. Will have a better look soon as only just home from work and off out for dinner tonight. A busy weekend ahead. Looking forward to exapnding my knowledge of food as well as sharing ideas and tips with you and other memebers.
Hi Sabrina, thanks for the friend invite and the comment on a blog - always nice to meet a fellow foodie! Your blog looks lovely, lots of interesting recipes! Keep in touch, speak soon, Rosanna
Hi Sabrina - hope the bread went well. I'm on a bread making course as I type with Andrew Whitley at the Schumacher College. Baking starts tomorrow. Haven't done any of my own baking for a while as have a very sick man at home with pneumonia - see latest post for a bit more info. Haven't abnandoned him completely as have left him in capable hands whilst I'm away this week.
