I love chips!!! I don't have them everyday, but from time to time you can't beat a good old side of chips on your plate.
Unfortunately chips are not very healthy. As Peter Kay says "take away the C from chips and what have you got?"
I now though don't fry my chips, instead I have found a much healthier way that I would like to share with you. You still get that crunch and softness of the fluffy potato inside, but with hardly any fat.

Another one of my little experiments with the samples of Total Greek yoghurt I got, gave me this idea.
I love sour cream on spicy food but too much of a good thing, as we know can be bad for you. I find that the cream complements the heat but adds a little extra dimension to foods such as chillies or fajitas.
So instead I used Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt, which also helps to calm down the heat from chillies. I chopped up some fresh coriander and added a squeeze of lime. The result was
